Do your online forms only supply part of the information you desire?

When someone fills out your current form, are you notified by text that a form awaits your response? giving you a heads up to check your e-mail?

If you need to reply back to the person that fills your current form, can you just hit the reply button to respond, or do you have to cut and paste their e-mail address and compose a new e-mail to contact them?

Does your current form have the capability to store the data for future use if needed?
